執筆者：ユルカ さて、俺は用事があるからと新聞部の部室を出た。 懸案事項を抱えていたからである。 『放課後、体育館の裏で待っています。必ず一人で来てください。』 …告白なんだろうかなこれは？ しかし、無視するのもなんか嫌だったし、告白だったら断るだけだ。 ……俺って何気に酷くない？ そんなこんなで、俺は体育館の裏についた。そこには… 「雅菜？」 先ほど別れたばかりの俺のクラスメイト…草加 雅菜が立っていた…。 が…後姿だけで、雅菜の顔かどうかはわからない…。 「雅菜？」 もう一度呼びかける。 やっと振り向く………あれ？ 「雅菜じゃない…君はだ…」 れ…と言おうとして、俺は突然動けなくなった。 口になんか猿轡をかまされたように、しゃべれない。 体も縄で縛られたように、動けない。 そして、雅菜だと俺が思っていた女の子は、俺の鳩尾にパンチを食らわしたところで… 俺の意識は消失した。 『…よし…亜種デュナミストはこちらに向かっているな…。』 ＥＡＳＥリーダー：エウリュディケは、新たな兵器の起動実験のため、亜種デュナミストを呼び寄せていた。 と、言うよりは、その兵器の方が呼び寄せているのだが…。 『コードネーム”Ｋ”…。ＥＡＳＥ殺戮兵器：キスルテス…起動！』 エウリュディケの隣で、それまでそこに無かったはずのそれが姿を現す。 青く流れるような形のボディ、そのボディに不釣合いな２本の鎌。どういった原理で浮いているのかわからないが浮いている…。 『出てきたな…。』 亜種デュナミスト達が姿を現す。 『……キスルテス。６０秒で全部倒せ。』 「……リョうカい…。」 刹那の速さという言葉があるが…キスルテスは姿を消すと、あっという間に亜種デュナミスト３３体を倒してしまった…。 『…４５秒…。その調子なら元の体に戻るはずだよ…。アイスキュロス…。』 「…ミズノミズミぃ…！ …ホうおうメいぃぃぃ！！！」 …以前出現したＥＡＳＥ超兵器：モーサドゥーグは乾 いぬみを生態ユニットとして使っていた。 このキスルテスは…その時に魂を失ったアイスキュロスの肉体だけで動いている…殺戮の亡霊なのだ…。 殺戮兵器の名の通り…キスルテスの周りには亜種デュナミストがバラバラでゴミのように散らばっていた…。 ―廃ビル そのビルの１０Ｆに、エウリュディケはいた。 彼女本体は基地から動いておらず、主に外界に出て行動しているのは彼女の虚像である。 そしてエウリュディケ以外にも人はいた。 彼女の部下である、ケテル・ドッグとコクマー・キャット…そして…その二人によって攫われてしまった風瀬 列である…。 彼はガラスケースの中に入れられて、完全に人質である。 説明しておくと、コクマーは草加 雅菜のデータを元にして生まれたため、彼女そっくりの出で立ちをしているのだ。 まずはこれで、列の不信感を消し去り、気づいたところでケテルの液体変化能力で縛り上げる。見事なのかどうなのか良く分からない作戦である。 『…これでよし…送信と…。』 エウリュディケは列の携帯電話を使って、攫ったことをメールで宣言する。 『草加 雅菜へ 風瀬 列は僕の手中にある。 取り返したくば、信用できる者を連れて次のメールに添付した場所へ来い。 …これはいたずらではない。念のため写真を添付しておく。 もしもこれを無視すれば…君は風瀬 列と戦うことになる…。 エウリュディケ』 エウリュディケは、列を仮面ライダーにする気なのだ…。 『さぁ…彼を取り戻しに来なよ…。その時…フフッ…。』 |
